Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1 business day from the time of placement.
- Orders placed by 1:00 PM (local time) on business days are shipped on the same day.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on non-business days (weekends and holidays) are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs
- Germany - Free of charge. 
- European Union countries (excluding Malta): Shipping cost is 13 EUR per shipment.
- Malta: Shipping cost is 25 EUR per shipment.
- Countries outside the European Union: Shipping costs are determined individually based on the destination country and selected courier. Detailed information is available during the checkout process.

Delivery Time
- Germany: Delivery typically takes 2 business days from the time of dispatch.
- Other EU countries: Delivery typically takes 4-5 business days from the time of dispatch.
- Countries outside the EU: Delivery time varies depending on the destination country and customs procedures. Estimated delivery time is provided during order finalization.

Courier Services
Shipments are handled by reputable courier companies:
- DHL and GLS: Primary couriers for shipments within the European Union.
- FedEx: Primarily used for shipments to the United Kingdom and countries outside the European Union.

Shipments Outside the European Union
- Shipments outside the EU are subject to customs procedures.
- Any import duties or local taxes are independent of the store and must be covered by the recipient. It is recommended to review local customs regulations before placing an order.
- Delivery times for shipments outside the EU may be extended due to customs procedures.

Shipment Tracking
- Once the shipment is dispatched, a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website are provided to monitor the delivery status.
