Return Policy
Below you will find details of the return process for automotive electronics purchased in our shop.
Return period
Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for eligible products.
Warranty seals
All products are fitted with warranty seals. Any damage to, tampering with, or removal of these seals will void the warranty and exclude the product from return or exchange.

Incorrect or mistaken orders
If an order is placed incorrectly or by mistake, the buyer is responsible for organizing and covering the cost of the return shipment.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all warranty seals intact, and must be returned in the original packaging.
Damaged or defective products
If a product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping costs and, at the buyer’s choice, offer either a full refund or a replacement, provided that the defect is reported within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return due to a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service with your order details and a description of the issue, if applicable including photos. We will then inform you of the next steps regarding the return, refund, or replacement.

Returns are accepted only for unused products in original condition, with intact warranty seals, original packaging, and accessories.

Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
Items excluded from return:
Products with damaged or removed warranty seals, as well as items that have been used, modified, improperly handled, or damaged by water, are excluded from return.
The warranty does not entitle the customer to reimbursement of labor or installation costs in the event of a confirmed defect.
Returns are accepted only with the original proof of purchase.
Warranty terms
The buyer/beneficiary receives a free warranty from the seller/warrantor, the scope of which is defined by these warranty terms.
The following warranty declaration applies provided that we advertise a product with a warranty in an eBay listing.
The warrantor is Eurogroup sp. z o.o., Jana Nowaka-Jeziorańskiego 50/88, 03-982 Warsaw, Poland.
This warranty does not limit the consumer’s statutory rights arising from the purchase contract, statutory warranty, or product liability laws.
The total warranty period is 24 months from the delivery date of the goods.
Warranty service will be provided within 30 days after receipt of the returned goods.
The warranty covers the free repair of defects that occur during the warranty period and fall under these warranty terms. At our discretion, a replacement part will be supplied, the product will be repaired, or the product will be replaced. Costs for removal or reinstallation are not covered by the warranty. Repaired, replaced, or exchanged products will be shipped to you at our expense. Replaced parts and exchanged products become our property.
If repair or replacement is not possible, the original purchase price paid will be refunded. Any further claims are not covered by this warranty.
Regardless of this warranty, you may assert your statutory warranty rights.
Warranty claims do not apply in cases of:
i. improper or incorrect use or handling,
ii. environmental influences such as moisture, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.,
iii. failure to observe the operating or installation instructions and safety regulations,
iv. mechanical impact such as blows, shocks, drops, or accidents,
v. unauthorized repair attempts,
vi. damaged warranty seals (torn warranty seals).
A warranty seal is a self-adhesive label marked “Warranty Seal / Tested” that is affixed to each ABS unit or other device purchased from us. The seal is located between the control unit, hydraulic block, and pump motor and is clearly identifiable.
The warranty is valid worldwide and is non-transferable.
The warranty period begins upon receipt of the goods. Warranty services performed do not extend the warranty period. The warranty duration stated in the product offer is decisive.
In the event of a warranty claim, please send an email to orders.eurogroup@gmail.com with a description of the defect and, if applicable, meaningful photos.
In the event of a warranty claim, the product must first be returned to us at your own expense. Returns without prior warranty notification will not be accepted.
A prerequisite for claiming the warranty is that we are given the opportunity to examine the warranty claim by sending in the product. The goods must be securely packaged for transport.
If the warranty claim is accepted, further processing will be free of charge for you. Shipping costs advanced by you will be reimbursed.
